This past weekend, I spent a few days learning about essential oils, taking a workshop on the scents of Ancient Egypt, and having a healthy dose of Self-care at Ojo Santa Fe. I also gave a healing massage to my wonderful friend, who took care of me for the weekend in her home in the beautiful desert of New Mexico.
